Model Paulina Porizkova is questioning what she, and what we all, “deserve” in life amid her new romance with “Will & Grace” showrunner Jeff Greenstein.
The Czech-born model has been quiet on Instagram due to her whirlwind tour around Central Europe, but fans are happy to see her candid admission back in a new Instagram post that’s sure to be thought provoking!
Paulina Porizkova Raises The Question Of What We ‘Deserve’ In Life
On Monday morning, the author of “No Filter: The Good, the Bad, and the Beautiful” took to Instagram to share a stunning photo of her about to kiss her new beau in what appears to be an elevator. He wore a strapless purple long-sleeved dress, while he looked dapper in a black tuxedo and shiny shoes.
In the caption, Paulina asked, “Do I deserve this happiness? Do I deserve the good things in my life, do I deserve the love I found, do I deserve a fresh start? If I actually ‘deserve’ to do it, don’t we all?! Don’t all of us go through hard times? Don’t we all ‘deserve’ a break? Don’t we all deserve success? Don’t we all deserve love?”
He then moved on to ask, “Do we also deserve the bad things that happen to us?” before adding, “All this talk in my comments by you who are amazing – about me being worthy of these wonderful times – really got me thinking. The word ‘worthy’ implies justice.”

“You deserve what comes to you, good or bad, as if the world is based on someone who judges us all and gives favors and punishments based on our behavior,” he explained. “And we already know this isn’t true, because we all know good people to whom bad things have happened and vice versa.”
“If there is a God, and I certainly hope so, I believe it is the energy of love. The power to give and receive love of all kinds. And love doesn’t judge,” he wrote. “I don’t believe I ‘deserve’ happiness, or for that matter, sadness, and grief – any more than anyone else.”
“What I believe is that events beyond your control will happen and will happen to all of us, and we don’t necessarily deserve them. The only thing we should accept is the direct consequences of the actions we have taken,” he concluded. “You all deserve a sincere thank you for your well wishes.”
That being said, Paulina Makes Sure Not To Take It For Less!

Just last month, the “Anna” actress shared another Instagram post in which she was wearing a white blouse under a purple sweater. He stops at a bunch of flowers, reminding his followers how important it is to stop and smell the roses once in a while.
“I’m in the middle of a whirlwind tour of Central Europe. Every day is interesting and full of events from morning to night, there are photo sessions and interviews and book signings, people to meet and greet, smiles and handshakes and hugs to release, and everything is glorious, but, it’s also like trying to enjoy . art in the museum by speeding through the hallways on a motorcycle,” he wrote in the caption of his post.
“There are no days off. Every day is a workload of at least 12 hours. And it’s packing and unpacking and changing cities and hotels – sometimes every day. And I was asked how I managed all this energy every day without having a chance to refuel,” he explained. “The answer is simple, although it took me a while to formulate it in my mind. Thanks.”

“When I was young, I took all this for granted. The attention, the beautiful places I got to visit, and the people I met. I think this is youth. You move through the world through new experiences without realizing how fleeting those special moments are,” he wrote. “You think it will last forever. With age, you know to linger in it. Appreciate them. Be thankful for them.”
“Gratitude creates joy, which in turn creates more gratitude. Which creates more joy. So it is a perpetual motion machine. I don’t really have time to stop and smell the roses. Just enough time to smell one, and take a selfie,” he concluded. “But it was a moment of conscious joy, for which I am grateful, and therefore I woke up tired and puffy eyes, but with a smile.”
