It has now been revealed that the fourth season will take place in the old city of London.

Netflix wrote “Cheerio… you. While changing his behavior may not be Joe’s forte, he’s never been afraid to change his address. If his reading list is any indication, our boy seems to be across the pond.”

The streaming platform also confirmed new actors joining the cast including: Tilly Keeper, Amy Leigh Hickman and Ed Speleers.

It’s still unknown if Cardi B’s pitch to be on S4 is taken seriously by Netflix, but she’ll definitely add more wildness to the show.

Explosion previously reported that the “WAP” rapper is literally fangirling over Badgley on Twitter and forming an online friendship with the actor.

Cardi tweeted an old video in which Penn talks about social media and praises Cardi B for the way she uses it, saying she has a “genuine connection” with her followers.

Cardi B May Appear In Season Four

During a press conference for “YOU” season 1, Penn said, “Cardi B is a great example of that. She has an authentic relationship, you know? I mean, and it’s this very nuanced place, and despite what a lot of people might judge as an ‘antics,’ he has a very genuine connection and that’s why people like him so much.”

He captioned the tweet, “OOOOMMFFFGGGGGG HE KNOWS ME!!! OMMMGGGG!!!!!!Yoooo like I’m famous famous.”

Penn responded to the rap queen’s retweet with a retweet of his own and captioned it, “I-,” because clearly he was at a loss for words.

What happened next was MARVELOUS.

Cardi changed her Twitter profile picture to a photo of Penn as “You” character, Joe Goldberg, and Penn changed his Twitter profile picture to a photo of Cardi.

Given their obvious love and admiration for each other, Cardi is now filming her in a big wig on Netflix.

The rapper wants a cameo in the hit thriller series next season.

The “WAP” rapper took to Twitter to pitch the storyline to Netflix including him.

She wrote, “So episode 1 and I’m at Paris Fashion week closing it! I turn around and there stands YOU. Ok finish @Netflix ?.”

It is unclear whether the rapper will play a role in the fourth season.
