The actress also realized that she wasn’t the nicest and referred to herself as “Cruella” while on the set of the film. In court on Tuesday, Eva was questioned about the text in which she called the shoot a “nightmare” and apparently told her associate, “we have to get out.”

“I think they made it fail themselves, with their own incompetence. Nothing is ready. Nothing is out of place. It’s a farce,” he said. The actor is now suing White Lantern and SMC Specialty Finance LLC to get back the “pay or play” clause in his contract.
