The comedian was officially charged in the freak incident where he crashed into a house. He is facing one count of reckless driving that was dropped by the LA County District Attorney’s Office.
The crash happened on March 4th, almost midnight. Davidson was driving his Mercedes at what is said to be a high speed through a residential area when he lost control of the luxury car and crashed into a house.
The pictures reveal that the house was a bit battered but could have been worse. The edges are broken and otherwise dented. At the time of the accident, some stated that Davidson’s car sustained more damage than the house.

The actress is not alone; his girlfriend, Chase Sui Wonders, was riding shotgun, according to the police report. It’s unclear how the crash happened, but sources claim the car jumped the curb and ejected a fire hydrant before hitting the side of a house.
The owner of the house was not home, but their daughter was. Thankfully he was not injured. The owners later stated that their 16-year-old daughter was “a little” traumatized after what was likely an earthquake-type tremor.
At the time, no one had been arrested, and police did not believe foul play was involved and police did not think drugs or alcohol played a factor in the crash.

Thankfully, the owner is great for Davidson and has no intention of suing the richest and most famous man. Davidson, unfortunately, is no stranger to drama. She is once again in the news for buying puppies instead of adopting them.
She blasted PETA and apologized in the same breath after they called her out for not adopting or, better yet, using her celebrity status to highlight adoption by adopting puppies. Again, his girlfriend was with him and caught some heat for his actions.
