The late financier’s home was demolished in 2021. Developer Todd Michael Glaser bought the sprawling property for $18.5 million in March 2021 and announced his plans to raze the mansion soon after.

Following Epstein’s successful suicide in a Manhattan prison in 2019, proceeds from the sale were directed to the Victim Compensation Program, which provides compensation to victims of convicted pedophiles, according to New York Post.

In chat with Palm Beach Daily Newsthe real estate broker who put the house up for sale revealed that he did so to ensure it would be destroyed.

“I was only involved in the sale of Jeffrey Epstein’s residence to make sure it would be wiped off the map of Palm Beach,” Lawrence Moens stated.

With more Epstein documents underway, there is still more to be made public.
