The former adult film performer has a court date on March 1 after being caught stealing blouses from a local small business. The actress went to the store and clearly liked a lot of the items.
He is in his hometown of Lancaster, Pennsylvania. In court documents, it said the incident happened at the Building Character mall where employees showed police footage of the actress entering the dressing room wearing a $28 Moda International blouse.
It then shows her leaving the changing room without the blouse in her hand, the workers share that the blouse is not in the changing room, and they assume she has taken the shirt. This seems strange because according to court documents, he bought several other items and paid for them with a credit card.

A representative for Chloe spoke to her TMZ, “In December, there was a confusion regarding a blouse that was not charged correctly to my customer’s credit card. She absolutely did not ‘admit’ to taking the blouse, because that didn’t happen.”

When Page Six asked representatives if Chloe admitted to taking the blouse, they replied that “it’s not true.”
