Are you America’s next billionaire?
The Powerball ticket that won the $1.76 billion jackpot, the game’s second-biggest prize, was sold in California Wednesday night.
The winning numbers are 22, 24, 40, 52, 64, and Powerball red 10.
The life-changing ticket was sold at Midway Market & Liquors in Frazier Park, Calif., 75 miles north of Los Angeles.
The new millionaire is believed to be a Frazier Park local who frequents the store daily to play the lottery “religiously”.
“There’s people coming in every day to get their tickets, we know them by name and I’m sure somebody’s going to be yelling up and down,” Duke, the store’s night worker told KCAL.
“They come every day to get their tickets religiously and a lot of them say, ‘Oh if I win, I’ll give you a new truck,’ so where’s my truck I’ll be waiting.”
This is the fifth time the Powerball top prize has been won this year.
