Born in Mangaluru, Preethika started her acting career in 2010 with the Tamil film ‘Chikku Bukku’. In 2012, she acted as ‘Madhu Lata’ in the Telugu film ‘Priyudu’. In 2015, she was also seen as Preetika in the Kannada film Rebel.
