As Heather Rae Young’s early 2023 due date approaches, she continues to share baby updates with her three million followers.
For her latest revelation, the expectant mother shared that her sciatic pain has returned shortly after she got rid of it through some physical therapy exercises. This will be her first child with her husband, Tarek El Moussa, who already shares two children – Taylor and Brayden – with his ex-wife, Christina Hall.

For Heather, who has started filming “The Flipping El Moussas” counting down the days until her baby boy arrives is getting more and more painful. The “Selling Sunset” star shared an update on her sciatic nerve issues with a video captioned, “Update baby. Bed rest for now.”
The exhausted star began her update, stating, “Update baby, I just left the doctor just for a little check up. All is well with [the] Dear.” He later explained that he was not “doing well” because the sciatic pain had become “unbearable” and “worse than before.”
The new incident caused the doctor to put Heather on the bed which they claimed the old way was too difficult for her. She did, however, admit that “feeling better and taking care of the baby” was “the most important thing.” After sighing deeply, Heather (added):
“It’s getting close, but there’s still time. So, I have to do my best, but [I’m] trying acupuncture tomorrow—still doing my physical therapy. I hope this goes away soon. I definitely couldn’t feel this throughout pregnancy.”
The 35-year-old wore a pair of oversized sunglasses and a green sweatshirt, leaving his face blank for the update. Her blonde hair was styled into a large braid that cascaded over her shoulders.
Heather had previously informed anyone who would listen that her sciatic pain was gone last month. According to The Blast, the “Love in the Time of Machines” actress posted a video on her Story showing her in a moving car with lots of sunlight highlighting her flawless skin and features.
The mom-to-be excitedly greeted her audience before voicing her hopes that they had a good Thanksgiving holiday. Next, she gave her “little Monday update,” noting that a doctor had done a general checkup on her that morning, including measuring her baby’s weight.
The social media influencer later confirmed that she will not have an ultrasound for the next two weeks, adding that she will be going to the gym to do some cardio. He later talked about his sciatic pain, revealing that it was “almost gone.”
Despite the temporary relief, Heather said she intends to do more physical therapy sessions. At the end of the video, the “Tarek’s Flip Side” star said he and his beau had a few “film interviews” to conduct and showed fans what he was wearing that day. Fans became aware of the “Malibu Horror” actor’s health challenges when he told them:
“little pregnancy update for you: baby is in “position” not sure what he’s doing there, heheheh and it’s affecting my sciatic nerve. It’s been 10 days so I’m hoping to get some relief soon.”
The statement was written under a photo featuring himself and Tarek in a cute pose.

Heather told fans she’s learned a few things from a birthing coach. The Blast reported that he provided the information with a car selfie featuring himself in a white fur-like jacket and brown top. Under the picture, the expectant mother wrote:
“I really can’t believe this year is almost over. I feel like the last few months didn’t even exist- Do we have a November?? Lol As the end of my pregnancy is approaching, I am in final preparations by 2023.”
The actor also promised to show his fans what was in his hospital bag, which was ready for D-Day. Afterward, she explained that a birthing coach had come to her home, which made her feel “more comfortable & in my own environment.” The “Dead Reckoning” star continued:
“I’m not sure about any moms out there, but with their first baby, I swear when I feel contractions I probably freak out. [and] making Tarek stop whatever he was doing to get me to the hospital.
He taught me some tricks to try before rushing to the hospital- so much information I didn’t know.” He conclusively highlights how ready and powerful he is to “bring this boy into the world.”
