Harry later said that cocaine and alcohol were substances that didn’t help him and were “more of a social thing,” citing peer pressure. However, he explained that “Cannabis is different, that actually helped me a lot.” Prince explained that psychedelics helped him by removing the “life filter” and like “cleaning the windshield”.

Harry went on to say, per Daily Mail“It took everything away for me and brought me a sense of relaxation, release, comfort, lightness that I managed to hold on to for a period of time. I would say it was one of the fundamental parts of my life that changed me and helped me deal with the trauma and pain of time then.”

During the interview, Harry also revealed that he has been trying to get other members of the Royal Family to undergo therapy, so that they can speak and understand “his language.” Harry shared that when he was 12, shortly after his mother, Princess Diana died, he was diagnosed with PTSD because of the experience.
