A former staff member of the late Princess Diana has called on Prince Harry to avoid his sister-in-law, Kate Middleton, amid speculation that his wife, Meghan Markle, is set to write her own memoir.
Harry previously made remarks about Kate in the couple’s Netflix documentary series, “Harry & Meghan,” and his record-breaking memoir, “Spare.”
‘Harry Wasn’t Always the Sharpest Tool in the Box’ Says Former Royal Butler

In an interview with New York Post, former royal butler Paul Burrell warned the Duke of Sussex to “stop” making comments about his sister-in-law that could put him in a bad light.
Burrell points to the fact that Kate has had issues with her husband, Prince William, in the past as she navigates whether “royal life is for her.” However, he emphasized that he had addressed and resolved the issues with a clear heir and had “committed to a life of public service.”
In light of this change, Burrell found it strange that Harry seemed to correct this mistake in past comments about the Princess of Wales despite how much “amazing work” she has done.
Burell said, “Harry had the audacity to say that because his mother had been pressured into an arranged marriage and made to fit a mold.”
He continued: “Harry isn’t always the sharpest tool in the box, so he has to fire Kate and William. Kate is doing an amazing job.”
Prince Harry ‘Will Regret’ Unpleasant Comments About Royal Family

Kate isn’t the only recipient of Prince Harry’s comments in the past. Other members of the royal family also find themselves under his watch, contrary to the monarchy’s tendency to deal with family matters in private.
Now Burrell believes the duke is digging a hole for himself and predicts he will “regret” his comments in the future.
“He has to be careful about attacking the royal family,” the former butler added of the 39-year-old. “Meghan and Harry have forgotten their only unique selling point is being monarch, so why are they trying to destroy that institution? It doesn’t make sense.”
Burell also dismissed the Sussexes’ reported efforts to reunite with the royal family, saying they would never be welcomed “with open arms” and that “the door is firmly shut.”
Ex-Royal Butler Makes Comment on Meghan Markle’s ‘Inevitable’ Memoir

Still in the interview, Burrell discussed Meghan’s rumored memoir, which the former actress has yet to confirm.
The former butler believes it is “inevitable” that Meghan will tell her “side of the story” as her absence from her husband’s memoirs has hinted that the book will one day take place.
“I’m waiting for Meghan to release her own memoir,” Burrell said. “[She] will definitely write her part of the story because she’s absent from ‘Spare,’ and that’s because she’s writing her memoir and telling it from a woman’s perspective.”
He also went on to say that he expected an uproar from the royal family when the “Suits” alum confirmed plans to publish, likening it to “a bombshell at the House of Windsor.”

Recently, the Sussexes have angered royal experts by “getting cozy” and “getting cozy” with officials from Jamaica during a visit to the island nation. One of the officials they seem friendly to is Prime Minister Andrew Holness, who famously wanted to separate the island nation from the Commonwealth.
According to royal commentator Andrew Pierce, the gesture from the Sussexes suggests they are “tone deaf” given the nature of the monarchy’s relationship with Jamaica.
Another commentator, Sarah Vince, claimed that the actions of the duke and duchess can only be explained as a deliberate move to “blight” the royal family, especially during this critical period when two royals are facing health challenges.
“They are deliberately teasing the Royal Family…. I think their game plan is going to be the self-hating Royals,” Vince said Daily Mail.
