As he makes strides in building a delightful dynasty with his ex-cop, the star openly admits his ongoing efforts to land lucrative deals and profits from the homes he develops.
However, he insists that his children are content with the prospect of frequent movement if it brings fruitful results. The 40-year-old reportedly said:
“We got an off-market buyer and it’s very difficult to let go of that profit. So I have to sit down with the kids and say, ‘Hey, I know we don’t want to move anymore, but are there other people who are in favor of us looking for different opportunities?’
Although saying goodbye to a beloved home is never easy, the owner of “Christina HOME” explains, “Honestly, they’re always like, ‘Yeah, let’s move.’ It’s exciting. They love it too. It’s a new adventure.”
The “Flip or Flop Follow-Up” host further elaborated that each house brings its own fun and uniqueness. He expressed hope of staying longer in their current residence but playfully hinted, “But if we get the price right, who knows?”
Despite her passionate involvement in house flipping, the mother of three is aware of her limits. She intends to remain in Orange County, where her children attend school. Additionally, she has no intention of selling her vacation home in Nashville, as she envisions it as a future retirement destination for her and her husband.
