Rachel Leviss has publicly blasted her former boss Lisa Vanderpump for calling her revenge porn claims “ridiculous”
Last month, Leviss shocked the world when he launched a massive lawsuit against his former co-stars Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix, accusing them of invasion of privacy and revenge porn.
Rachel Leviss Says Lisa Vanderpump’s Statement Is ‘Very Disappointing’

Earlier this month, Vanderpump was stopped by paparazzi and asked what she thought about Leviss’s claims against her co-star. “That’s ridiculous,” the former “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star said before adding:
“I think if you don’t want someone sharing your porn, then don’t send it to your best friend’s boyfriend.”
Leviss has now poured her heart out about Vanderpump in the latest episode of the “Rachel Goes Rogue” podcast titled “actuaLISation.”
The television personality revealed that when she heard Vanderpump refer to her lawsuit as “ridiculous,” she concluded that she hadn’t taken the time to read it.
“It’s like, uh no, Lisa, it’s not really that at all. Immediately, I was like, oh, he didn’t read the brief,” Leviss said before adding, “But then you know, insiders told me like, oh, no, he knew what he was doing. He said this statement for the press to pick up this particular story.”
Addressing his former SUR boss’ misgivings about the porn allegations, Leviss said, “Obviously, you all know, the lawsuit is not about me posting the video. This video was recorded. It was a FaceTime video that I didn’t know was being recorded, and I didn’t realize it existed until it was sent to me.”
While the 29-year-old admitted she doesn’t have a “very tight” relationship with Vanderpump — who co-owns a bar with Sandoval — Leviss said, “It felt uncomfortable” asking her to talk about a “sensitive topic.”
“It took a long time to really decide whether I was going to prosecute or not,” he explained. “My privacy was violated in a very intimate, unsuspecting way, and it’s embarrassing and not something I’m proud of at all. So to have him release a certain type of story that doesn’t even come close to the truth of what happened is very disappointing”
Rachel Leviss Says Her Perception Of Lisa Vanderpump Is ‘Devastating’

For Leviss, Vanderpump’s statement about her lawsuit was especially upsetting because she believed she found a mentor in VPR executives.
“It’s a little heartbreaking to have someone you know, you look up to in a certain way.”
He continued, “You have an idea of who someone is and admire them, you know, being the boss and standing up for what’s right, but it seems like that perception was shattered very quickly, seeing the way he turned on me.”
Leviss noted that Vanderpump “has a lot of power” but she’s not afraid to speak the truth. “I want to stand up and stand up for myself and show that it’s not good to talk and spread certain propaganda and straight lies as a way to change people’s perception of someone,” the podcast host declared.
Leviss went on to point out that Vanderpump’s comments were appalling in every context, calling it “pretty much victim-shaming.”
Rachel Leviss Sues Tom Sandoval & Ariana Madix For Revenge Porn

Last month, The Blast broke the news that Leviss accused Madix and Sandoval of wiretapping, revenge porn, invasion of privacy and intentional infliction of emotional distress in a lawsuit.
“Leviss was the victim of the predatory and dishonest behavior of an older man, who filmed her sexually explicit video without her knowledge or consent, which was then distributed, disseminated and discussed publicly by a scorned woman seeking revenge, catalyzing a scandal that,” the filing excerpts read.
Remember that Leviss’ affair with Sandoval during the 10th season of “Vanderpump Rules” spawned the explosive “Scandoval” saga that rocked the headlines. A sexually explicit video of the couple — Leviss and Sandoval — that Madix found on Sandoval’s phone set things off.
However, Leviss, in her lawsuit, claims the explicit clip — which shows her “unclothed and masturbating” — was allegedly “recorded by Sandoval without her knowledge or consent.” He also claimed that Madix deliberately obtained Sandoval’s phone, searched it, “and found Leviss” as opposed to claiming that he found the video.
He further expressed concern that Sandoval could have more footage of him “given Sandoval’s apparent practice of secretly recording their video calls.”
Leviss Is Glad To Stay Away From ‘Vanderpump Rules’

In the midst of “Scandoval” Leviss took a back seat from “Vanderpump Rules” and decided to skip the 11th season. Last month, he addressed his decision not to appear on fan screens, saying:
“It was like, Okay, I’m watching this show, and I really have to accept the fact that I’m not on it this season, and that’s a decision that I really have a lot of weight to make.”
Although the TV personality admitted on her podcast to feeling a little “fomo” she expressed her satisfaction at not being a part of the season’s narrative, stating, “I kept thinking, like, ‘oh my gosh, I’m so glad I’m not a part of this. “
