Randall Emmett Has Beef With Hulu

Randall Emmett is disgusted by the new Hulu documentary, The Randall Scandal: Love, Loathing, and Vanderpump, and she claims it is using his name and lying while they do it. He talked to Page Six exclusively and essentially bashing streaming services.
“Almost a year ago, the Los Angeles Times wrote a very biased and inaccurate hit article on me,” he claimed. “One of the writers, Amy Kaufman, seems to have a personal grudge against me because of her alleged friendship with my ex Lala Kent.”
Emmettslamsm all the untruths in the movie that make him look like a bad guy. “Among other things, the article contains fabricated and greatly exaggerated stories made by several disgruntled ex-employees who have been laid off.”

Emmett also calls out Lala Kent, his ex-fiancée, and her part in a messy documentary about how Emmett moves through Hollywood, basically not being the man he claims to be.
It’s worth noting Kent didn’t take part in the shock doc, but he has been vocal in the media and online about what kind of man Emmett is and how he tricked her into believing he was a good guy. “Lala is also a participant in this failure, perhaps because I have fought for 50/50 legal custody of our child.”
Randall chose not to take part in the documentary and now says he can see the bias in front of him. “I refused to participate because it quickly became clear to me that the film would be just as biased, if not more so, than the article on which it was based.”
He continued. “I understand that many people have been contacted to participate in this documentary, and most have declined,” claims The hit publisher. He said he was “told people were encouraged to talk negatively about me while the vast majority only had positive things to say.”
Randall Emmett Sees Agenda

The Hollywood producer said that whoever chose to appear in the documentary was quite desperate. They are “people with a very definite agenda,” he said. “It also seems to me that very little, if any, fact-checking takes place, with a total absence of journalistic integrity.”
Emmett also points out that the documentary is old news. It’s a “whitewash of a biased Los Angeles Times article,” he claims is a “cheap attempt to capitalize on the current ‘Vanderpump Rules’ fever,” via Sandoval.
“My family, the people I work with, and those who are important in my life all know the truth and my achievements; I have nothing to prove.” The Los Angeles Times quickly redoubled their demands on Emmett.
They answered Page Six. “If Emmett wishes to dispute any of the facts in our report or the information that Kaufman and James shared in the documentary, we welcome him to do so.” And if he wants to get to Kent, “Send it to Darrell!”
