Raquel Leviss and Tom Sandoval’s affair may have taken the entire cast by surprise, but there’s one person who may have seen the signs long before “Scandoval” broke.
No, we’re not talking about Tom Schwartz. What he knows is yet to be determined as he continues to appeal to the fifth.

Boss Raquel Leviss Speaks Out About “Scandoval”
Raquel Leviss works at SUR and the two have gone on several dates; however, things never progressed further between the two.
Appearing on the “Behind The Velvet Rope with David Yontef” podcast, Madrigal said he overlooked signs that Sandoval and Leviss were hooking up.
He couldn’t believe Sandoval was capable of cheating on Ariana Madix since they had been together for almost a decade.

“I’m kind of pushing it,” he admits, though says he “saw some things” going on between Leviss and the TomTom restaurant. “Sandoval is loyal to Ariana. He would never do something like that.”
Unfortunately, Madrigal didn’t want to “go into the details of what she saw” between the scandalous lovers.
SUR GM thought he knew Sandoval and considered him a close friend, but realized after “Scandoval” broke that he had NOTHING about the guy.
Madrigal repeatedly expressed how “disappointed” she was in Sandoval before adding this about Leviss, “I think he’s a good guy, but then again, I hardly know him.”

Leviss and Sandoval’s relationship will play out on this season of “Vanderpump Rules,” and you better believe Andy Cohen got all the tea during the reunion taping.
Their dirty little secret relationship started last summer, but Madix only found out earlier this month.
Sandoval started an amateur music career and started a band called, “Tom Sandoval & The Most Extras.”
He had a show at TomTom, which is a restaurant he co-owns with his ‘VPR’ co-star, Schwartz.

However, during his performance, Sandoval’s phone reportedly fell out of his pocket and Madix was in the front row. He picks it up and finds an explicit video of Leviss on his phone.

Madix immediately broke up with Sandoval and then started “Scandoval.”
Since then, their ‘VPR’ stars have rallied around Madix and basically isolated Sandoval and Leviss.
Now, Madix has taken the next step to recover from the fraud scandal.
She seems to have BLOCKED her ex-boyfriend and ex-BFF on Instagram. He also stopped following Schwartz.
He has yet to make any statements or posts since the scandal broke, but it’s only a matter of time.
Tom & Raquel Issue Multiple Apologies

Sandoval and Leviss have issued “sorry”, I use that term loosely.
The co-owners of “Schwartz & Sandy’s” first issued an “apology”, but did not directly say “I’m Sorry” or mention Madix.
His first statement asked fans not to throw their hate at him on his business.
Obviously, this caused a TON of backlash and trash talking from fans, followers and viewers of “Vanderpump Rules.”
So, she did what any guilty reality TV star would do… she issued another apology, this time mentioning Madix several times.
“I would like to apologize in advance to all the people I hurt through this process. Most importantly, I want to apologize to Ariana. I made mistakes, I was selfish, and I made reckless decisions that hurt people I loved. No one deserves to feel that pain so traumatically and openly,” her message began. “My biggest regret is that I didn’t respect Ariana. I never intended to disappoint so many people, including family and friends who love us. My love for Ariana is stronger than any camera could ever capture. Some of our best times together were never recorded. The same goes for some of our biggest struggles. I hope that things happen in a different order and that our relationship is not badly affected, and that it ends with the same respect for him that it started with. I owe Ariana better.”
Leviss released two messages in one day.
His “apology” read, “I want to apologize for my actions and my choices to Ariana, my friends and the fans who invested in our relationship. There are no excuses, I am not a victim and must own my actions. I am deeply sorry for the hurt Ariana.”
Mind you, this “apology” comes five days after the scandal broke!
He released another note about his feelings for Sandoval.
“My feelings for Tom have always been sincere and born of a loving friendship. Knowing how many people we hurt, I need to understand my choices and learn to make better choices. I need to take care of my health, work on self-growth and take time to be ok with being alone,” she wrote. “I care about Tom and I don’t want to label anything or predict what will happen. Now I have to heal.”
