The cryptic statement marks the sixth installment in a series of “Mattman” posts, which he began after watching the 2022 film “The Batman” starring Robert Pattinson.
A day before her hot tub post, the “Friends” star uploaded a video of the moon with the message, “Do you understand what I’m trying to tell you? – I’m Mattman.” On another occasion, he posted on X, stating, “Let’s make stigma a stigma. -I’m Mattman #mentalhealth.”
Following his departure, sources revealed to Many people magazine that Perry’s recent “Mattman” post is linked to an idea he’s been developing for a series. “He’s having fun,” the source said.
The insider also mentioned that Perry is “very happy” because she recently signed on for a role in the movie “Unworthy” and has just moved into a newly renovated home.

After the pickleball game, Perry reportedly sent his assistant on an errand, but when the assistant returned, Perry was found unresponsive in his hot tub. Afterward, the aide dialed 911 and called Perry’s family.

According to reports, law enforcement insiders revealed that first responders found multiple prescription drugs instead of illegal drugs at Matthew Perry’s residence.
Among the drugs found were antidepressants, anti-anxiety drugs, and COPD drugs, which are typically prescribed for individuals with chronic respiratory problems such as emphysema or chronic bronchitis, conditions potentially linked to Perry’s history as a smoker.

In an interview with Daily Mail, a friends in recovery with Perry expressed his positive outlook on life.

“It’s no secret that he struggled with drugs and alcohol for years but the last time I spoke to him, which was in the last few weeks, he seemed to be in a good place. He was upbeat and sounded calm and positive,” they said later.
The friend continued: “He’s been in rehab 17 times and almost died from opioid abuse but he’s someone who sincerely takes his life, and his sobriety, one day at a time.”
They added: “It is such tragic news. Everyone prays he doesn’t relapse. Matt is a really nice guy. He was always the first to welcome newcomers to the group and always volunteered to help and serve.”
Since his passing, several tributes have poured in for the talented actor.
