Rep. Rashida Tlaib, America’s only Palestinian member of Congress, repeatedly dodged a Fox Business Network reporter’s question about “Hamas terrorists beheading babies” Tuesday night.
The video, which aired on Fox News’ “Jesse Watters Primetime,” showed correspondent Hillary Vaughn following Tlaib (D-Mich.) through the hallways of the House office building — with the reporter calling for the beheading of at least half a dozen Jewish children by jihadists. times in over a minute.
“Members of Congress, Hamas terrorists have beheaded babies and burned children alive. Do you support Israel’s right to defend themselves against this atrocity?” Vaughn asked Tlaib, who ignored his question.
Vaughn was referring to reports by Israeli military and emergency officials and journalists that at least 40 infants and toddlers were slaughtered in their beds – some beheaded – at Kibbutz Kfar Aza in Saturday’s slaughter.
Undeterred by the congressman’s silence, Vaughn continued his line of questions as he followed Tlaib and his staff.

“You can’t comment on Hamas terrorists beheading babies?” the reporter demanded. “Members of Congress, do you have a comment about Hamas terrorists beheading babies? You have nothing to say about Hamas terrorists beheading babies?”
After getting no response from the lawmaker, Vaughan asked him if he condoned the atrocities associated with the terror group, including the indiscriminate killing and rape of Israeli women and girls.

As the congressman and his aides stepped into the elevator, Vaughn asked the left-leaning lawmaker a final question: “Congressman, why do you have a Palestinian flag outside your office if you don’t condone what Hamas terrorists are doing to Israel? Is the life of Israel not important to you?”
Tlaib, the daughter of Palestinian immigrants and a vocal critic of the Jewish state, has displayed a Palestinian flag outside her office on Capitol Hill since January. Hamas uses a different banner.
“Palestinians may have been banned from flying their flag under the apartheid government, but we can still do it proudly in my office,” Tlaib wrote at the time on X, formerly Twitter. “I am proud to be a Palestinian American and I want the Palestinian people to know that not all Americans support apartheid. No one can erase our existence.”

Following the deadly Hamas attack on Israel over the weekend, congressional Republicans demanded that the Palestinian flag be removed from outside Tlaib’s office.
Rep. Max Miller (R-Ohio) then introduced a bill that would ban the display of all foreign flags outside legislators’ offices.
“The House of Congress belongs to America. They should be reserved for the flag that embodies our great nation,” Miller said on X Monday. “The Palestinian flag should have no place here.”
