Sheree Whitfield has tried to clarify her situation with Martell Holt after months of back and forth about the true nature of their relationship.
Although she first introduced him as her man on the Season 15 premiere of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta,” she soon changed her tune and started referring to him as “friend.” He now seems to have given a glimpse of their “friendship” as he lists the qualities he wants in a partner.

Whitfield, known for her authenticity, takes pride in bringing reality to the “RHOA” franchise. She recently brought some of that reality to life when she joined Chanel Omari on her iHeartRadio podcast, “Chanel in the City” and explained her relationship status.
She revealed that despite the confusion surrounding her relationship with Holt, they are just “good friends.” The mother of three later explained:
“We enjoy being around each other. But I think people get confused with dating or when you’re in a committed relationship. I never said we had a committed relationship. I always say we are dating. I’m having fun. I am enjoying life. That has always been my position and that will remain my position.”

He added that he still has his “options open” and “spends time with anyone [she] want to spend time together.” The 53-year-old went on to claim she won’t waste time taking it easy once she finds “the right man for me.”
Omari quickly followed up by asking the Bravo star what it takes for her to commit to a man and what criteria she looks for before making that important decision. Outlining his personal checklist for potential spouses, Whitfield emphasized that they must be “God-fearing,” family-oriented, and have a sense of humor to make him laugh.
He continued, noting that they should “get along”, be healthy and fit, and be excellent communicators. In his words, “That’s why many divorce because of communication. I want to talk about anything with you. I want to be able to trust you.”
We’re sure OG Housewife fans will be excited that she has a toe in the dating pool, especially after a report from The Blast highlighted Holt’s vulnerability. According to an article published in July, Holy is generally not recognized for appreciating the women he is in a relationship with.
In fact, most of “Love and Marriage: Huntsville seasons two and three revolved around his infidelity while he was married to Melody Holt. The reality star went so far as to have a child with a woman he described as an old friend.
He also failed to show the woman respect, using derogatory terms to refer to her during the reunion and on the show when she wasn’t there to defend herself. Despite this, according to Whitfield, he is generally a good person, and he is dedicated to “enjoying life.”

There was a significant offline and online shakeup in “RHOA” when its 15th episode aired last month. As reported by The Blast, Sheree has organized a gathering with her family and close friends in honor of her son, Kairo who welcomed a son with his girlfriend, Alina Baber.
During this “sip and see” event, a familiar face — in the person of entrepreneur ex-husband Bob Whitfield — makes an unexpected appearance. And, in typical fashion, the former NFL offensive tackle arrived with a surprise of his own — the revelation of a secret daughter.
In the episode, which aired on August 20, Sheree was seen urging her loved ones to take a picture, which is when her co-stars, notably Kenya Moore, noticed an unknown young woman standing next to Bob.
The sighting prompted Sanya Richards-Ross to ask, “Is that Bob’s girlfriend?” Kandi Burruss, on the other hand, had a different thought as she wondered aloud, “Could he have another daughter that we’re not aware of?”
The group didn’t have to wait until Kandi’s theory was confirmed, as Bob himself admitted to his ex-wife that the unknown woman was indeed his daughter. A visibly shocked Sheree shared during her confession:
“Before we got married, Bob said he had two children. We later had two more children. So 26 years later, come to find out he has three children.
Kandi, who shared the same sentiment, stated during her own confessional, “I’ve known Bob since I was 19. I didn’t know he had a secret child, so this is news to me.”
The ladies make sure that Bob is feeling the heat of his actions and throw questions at him about why he is hiding his daughter from Sheree. The 51-year-old man eventually gave up defending himself and left the woman.
