Ex-girlfriend of Houston Rockets guard Kevin Porter Jr. has vehemently denied claims the NBA player hit and choked her relentlessly during a fight in their Big Apple hotel room — telling The Post on Tuesday: “It’s not true.”
Former WNBA player Kysre Gondrezick, 26, set the record a day after Manhattan prosecutors dropped one of the charges against Porter — admitting the pro baller did not break his then-girlfriend’s neck in the Sept. 11 Midtown hotel incident.
“My injuries do not support any of those allegations,” Gondrezick said in an exclusive interview, adding that the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office and the police were to blame for the inaccuracy.
“He didn’t hit me. He never clenched his fists and hit me,” Gondrezick insisted. “And he sure didn’t punch me in the face so many times. That is a scam. I don’t have any injuries to back it up.”
Gondrezick – who also denied claims Porter had a history of abusing her – confirmed she was no longer dating the bracelet, saying she had not been in contact with him since her arrest because the protective order was only lifted on Monday.
Porter, 23, was charged with multiple assaults last month after prosecutors said he left Gondrezick with a broken spine following an alleged attack at New York’s four-star Millennium Hilton Hotel.

But Assistant District Attorney Mirah Curzer admitted during a hearing in Manhattan Criminal Court on Monday that the injury — which has been determined to be a congenital defect — was not actually caused by the NBA star.
As a result, the DA’s office said it dropped Porter’s second-degree assault charge because of “insufficient evidence.”
Prosecutors said that Gondrezick told police Porter hit him several times with a closed fist – leaving him with an inch-long cut above his right eye.

Porter then allegedly “forcefully” squeezed her neck with his hands, which caused her “difficulty breathing, redness and bruising on her neck, and severe pain,” the criminal complaint against her states.
The alleged beating only ended when Gondrezick – who once played for the Indiana Fever and Chicago Sky – fled the room and was found bloodied and bruised by hotel workers in the hall, prosecutors said.
Gondrezick, however, claims that the DA’s office did not wait to interview him, or gain access to his full medical records, before releasing details of the alleged assault and his injuries.
“It happened very quickly, not to the extent that was reported,” he told The Post on Tuesday. “And it was an argument that took place in a room for less than 10 seconds”
Prosecutors were made aware of his injuries only after a police officer overheard doctors discussing possible causes of his injuries while he was being treated at the hospital, Gondrezick said.

“We’ve given them many opportunities to clean up and correct the false information and they still haven’t done that,” Gondrezick said of the DA’s office.
“My privacy, or my relationship, should not be publicized to boost a career.”
Her attorney, Robert Hantman, added the two have been in contact with the DA’s office in recent weeks to “set the record straight.”
“It shouldn’t be dramatized just because he’s a basketball player, she’s a basketball player and they’re a celebrity-type couple,” Hantman told The Post.
Asked if he had plans to try and reconcile with Porter, Gondrezick said: “I’m not in a position to make that decision right now. I’m just trying to stand up for my truth and finally get my life back and protect my safety.”

“This experience only happened to me. It doesn’t happen to anyone else,” he added.
The DA’s office did not address Gondrezick’s claim when contacted by The Post, instead referring to the outcome of court proceedings the day before.
Porter, who has been released on $75,000 bail, still faces charges of second-degree strangulation and third-degree assault.
He will return to court on Nov. 27.
Meanwhile, Porter is set to become a free agent following the allegations after the Rockets said Tuesday they were trading him to the Oklahoma City Thunder, ESPN reported.
Oklahoma, however, plans to release Porter and will pay the remaining $16.9 million on his contract, according to the outlet.
