Earlier this week, O’Donnell shared the news of her weight loss in a short TikTok video. “Good Morning. I’m on my way to school to drop her off, and I have to tell you that I’ve lost 10 pounds since Christmas,” she said. “Ten pounds. I’m so happy.”

Her quick video sharing her news made her fans and followers write encouraging messages and ask questions in the comments section. “I need to hear your update. I struggle with soda. Congratulations!!,” wrote one. “You can’t drop a bombshell like that and not tell us HOW???,” added another.

“Ok, like two months ago, my doctor put me, not Ozempic, Mounjaro. I can’t pronounce it right, and Repatha,” he explained in a video. “One I do every week and the other one I do once a week.”

He continued his video by saying he stopped drinking anything but water with a few exceptions. “Now, I’ve had champagne one night which is a toast and a little wine one night,” he said. “So it’s not 100 percent yet but I’ve really stopped drinking like five or six diet Cokes a day. All I drink is water now, and I don’t eat as much sugar as I could.

O’Donnell explains that with some of these changes, his appetite has decreased significantly. “It could be the drugs,” he said. “And I’m trying to move more, so you know, all those things combined, that’s what it’s all about.”

One follower took to the comments to explain the issue, saying, “I’m so addicted to diet coke,” to which O’Donnell replied, “yeah it’s hard.” Another follower wrote, “You look amazing Rosie, it’s all about simplicity & moving more????.” Many others added their experiences with Ozempic and Mounjaro. “Goodbye Rosie! I took Mounjaro and I lost 44 pounds since September 5,” said one. “I did ozempic for a month and it was amazing. But insurance won’t cover it so can’t afford to be out of pocket. But it worked,” added another.

In another follow-up video, O’Donnell addressed a follower’s comment – “Rosie you can see it in your face for real.” “You know what’s funny, I can’t see it at all,” he said. “Until I saw myself on ‘The L Word,’ the bowling episode, I was like, I didn’t know my stomach was that big. Unless I see it in a picture, it’s very strange.”

One of O’Donnell’s followers had the same issue. “In my mind, I’m not as big as I really am ?,” she wrote to which O’Donnell commented back, “like I’m always surprised.” Many others also wrote in the comments that they could relate.

In another follow-up video addressing follower comments, O’Donnell talks about the real problem – soda. “Yes, soda is the enemy. Period. You need to get rid of it,” she responded to a follower’s comment, “I need to hear your update. I struggle with soda.” He goes on and on about how bad you are. “It causes obesity, literally. Diet or regular. In fact, my doctor said if you’re going to have one, do it regularly, it’s better than the rest.”
