Ryan Seacrest Surprised While Working Out!

So someone had the good idea to pick up the phone and make a video of Ryan Seacrest, while he was happily exercising, not realizing he had an audience. Seacrest wore a sweaty tee and tiny shorts as he squatted, with weights, singing Flo Rida’s “What A Night” and grunting with the effort of lifting the weights.
The people who made the video got a secret recording in the seconds before they moved to show Seacrest the phone – causing him to lose weight and try to run away, before saying a heartfelt “Noooo” and moving towards the person holding the phone.
Wonder if it was his girlfriend, model Aubrey Paige, a friend or family member who decided to prank Seacrest.
What fans love about the sharing is how she didn’t want to be filmed, but posted the video on her Instagram anyway, as one person wrote, “Nooo” but post like it too!”
Seacrest also captioned the video with a “note to self,” writing, “Longer shorts and lock the door!”

When Seacrest’s fans and followers started commenting, the conversation began to read like a laugh riot.
As an empathetic fan, writing, “Sometimes exercise isn’t pretty,” Seacrest felt it was “the story of my life!”
Another demanded “Shorter shorts!” to which Seacrest responded with a saluting emoji, prompting other fans to appreciate the legs, “You have sexy legs Ryan showing them in those shorts.”
One Instagram user felt the magic in the sound, commenting, “this is a sound effect ??? Go Ry Goooooo” and Seacrest called it “Kettlebell karaoke!”

When Ryan Seacrest Isn’t Serving, He’s Cooking!

Seacrest is also an avid foodie and recently, a source revealed that the 48-year-old is dying to do his own cooking show. Apparently, he has been learning to cook for the past few years and loves it. Of course, he is no stranger to cooking shows as he won an Emmy Award for producing “Jamie Oliver’s Food Revolution,” under his company Ryan Seacrest Productions, in 2010.
Seacrest also participated in several cooking segments during his tenure on “Live With Kelly and Ryan,” with Kelly Ripa, and loved Stanley Tucci’s series “Searching for Italy.” Clearly, there’s more to Seacrest than just working out in shorts because he’s hotter in the kitchen.
Seacrest also seems to share his undying love for canned fish as he recently posted, “This is a canned fish fan account now ? I’m no doubt a “tin fan”, that’s why when I came across “Tin To” Anna Hazel. Table” I knew I had to share some easy & delicious recipes here.”
Fans were ready enough for a Seacrest-style cooking show as they sent him love in the comments, writing, “Thanks for sharing! My mother likes sardines. Need to try them. Have a wonderful day! Looking forward to more food segments.” Another fan stated, “You’re the president of the color fan club.”
