Actor Sam Asghari has returned to Instagram and is starting to develop a regular social media presence, posting to his Instagram Stories more often than ever.
The 29-year-old actor has kept a low profile since he filed for divorce from Pop Princess Britney Spears, 41. Although he filed for divorce on Aug. 16 citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split, according to court documents obtained by The Blast, he listed actual separation date on July 28.

Late Monday night, the “Special Ops: Lioness” actress posted a selfie of herself standing at the gym in front of a mirror wearing a green tank top and black shorts. She puts a towel around her neck and earphones in her ears as she looks at her phone screen and takes a quick selfie to keep herself accountable to her gym routine.
In this photo, which was uploaded to her Instagram Stories, one of her hands clenches a towel around her neck to flex her biceps, showing she’s trying to stay in shape amid the divorce. In the bottom right corner of the photo, she wrote, “A first day” along with a check mark emoji.

Just two days ago, the Iranian actor took to Instagram to share a video showing him working hard in the gym. He slams medicine balls on the ground, does pull-ups and, at the end of the video, flexes his muscles to show just how fit he really is. In the caption, she simply wrote “Focus” along with a flex emoji. Unlike Britney, Sam allows comments on her Instagram posts and decided not to moderate what was said on this post.
While some of Britney’s fans accused the actress of “using” her and then left, other followers came to the actress’ defense and told her that she can do better than the pop star. “Do your best. We’re rooting for you, Sam,” commented one fan. “Let’s not bash her anymore. No one knows what goes on behind closed doors. Britney is my idol but she really needs help. Who keeps changing clothes and put a finger on his hip every day say these days?” another follower asked.
