Actor Sam Asghari won’t talk about Britney Spears in the picket line, but he does compare himself to actor Leonardo DiCaprio.
On Aug. 16, the “Special Ops: Lioness” actress filed for divorce from the “Toxic” singer citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split. He also listed the separation date as July 28, 2023, meaning that it has now been over a month since the ex-couple split.
Amid reports that she’s “out of work” amid the SAG-AFTRA writers’ strike and actors’ strike, the 29-year-old actress didn’t mind talking to paparazzi at the picket line but avoided any conversation about Britney Spears.

On Thursday night, Iranian actors were at the front of a line marching under Disney Studios in Burbank, California. The actor, who wore a black tank top and baseball cap, was asked about his divorce from Britney Spears.
According to TMZ, Sam said that he was not there to discuss his personal life. Instead, he wanted to raise awareness about the strike in the hope that it would be resolved quickly. Sam drew the “Titanic” actor into the conversation, adding that the Oscar-winning actor has as many jobs now as he did.
“That is the purpose of this strike. I have the same number of jobs as Leonardo DiCaprio,” said Sam. “I hope everything gets resolved quickly so we can all get back to doing what we love to do most, which is making art and inspiring people.”

“The songs are about freeing herself from negativity and unhealthy people,” the source shared, revealing that Britney wants to do a “big sit-down interview” in conjunction with the release of her memoir as well. However, all the press may have to take some time, as the source added, “His team needs to assess where he’s at to see if he’s ready for it.”
