In her latest Instagram update, the Atlanta native shared a video of her latest appearance on Fox News. Media personalities join political commentator Lawrence B. Jones for a virtual interview about his parents’ incarceration.
For the look, the Sassy By Savannah founder stunned in a green turtleneck under a black jacket designed with a flattering green stripe on the neckline. The entertainer was all business while voicing his grievances against the prison system.

“I know what it’s like to be in the dark. I know what it’s like to be alone, and I just want people to know that they’re not alone. And now, I can accept what has happened to my parents and the injustice with it and speak for others,” explained the reality TV star.
Praising Fox News and other alleged “FBI whistleblowers” for speaking out about unfair practices in government, the entrepreneur continued: “We felt it firsthand with the overreach of the government, with the warrantless searches that took place with the IRS – with a department of revenue agents going into warrantless warehouse.”
Insisting her advocacy on the matter is for a bigger issue than her love for her family, the blonde beauty insisted: “So if it can happen to us, it can happen to you. It’s not about my family; it’s about the nature of corruption in the DOJ and the FBI.”
Earlier in his discussion with Jones, the political commentator noted that the Chrisleys were appealing the combined 19-year sentence given to the heads of the family. When asked how the process was, the former beauty pageant contestant complained that dealing with the government was difficult.
“We are now in the appeal process, and as you know, when you deal with the government, it is a long journey, but it is not one that we are afraid of. We are prepared and ready to fight live,” said the Miss Tennessee Teen USA titleholder.
One of the ways the podcast host is fighting for his family’s freedom is by raising awareness of poor conditions in prison. According to the Atlanta native, reform is necessary because inmates hardly receive humane treatment behind bars.
The “Chrisley Know Best” star aired similar grievances in her caption, writing in part: “Criminal justice reform and improving prison conditions are not Republican or Democrat issues. It’s about being human and polite.”
