Savannah Chrisley Complains Parents’ Sentence Being Similar To A Murderer

Savannah Chrisley is furious after learning that the murderer’s sentence is similar to the sentence her father received before and is already serving.

It is recalled that Chrisley’s parents, Todd and Julie, were sentenced to 19 years in prison after being found guilty of fraud and tax evasion in June 2022.

Expressing her frustration about the unfortunate dilemma, she took to her Instagram story to vent as she demanded urgent answers.

Taking to her Instagram story, Savannah, who happens to be Todd and Julie’s second child, posted the latest headlines about a convicted murderer. Next to the headline was a picture of a convicted murderer.

The headline reports, “A man who confronted, shot, and killed another man who was walking with his two children last year was sentenced to 13 years in prison on Wednesday.”

Comparing the sentence to that of her father, Todd, who is currently serving a 12-year sentence in Florida at the Pensacola Federal Prison Camp for tax evasion and fraud – the reality TV star appeared to be quite outraged by the similarity of sentence between her father and a convicted murderer.

Demanding an explanation for the severity of the punishment meted out to the “Chrisley Knows Best” dad, she highlighted her words in red text, writing, “Hmmm…makes sense.”

In a subsequent update, Savannah shared a video opening up about her thoughts. “One thing I wanted to say about the last thing I posted,” he said. “I got some replies saying he pleaded guilty.”

Chrisley Earlier Compares Parents’ Old Sentence With Jen Shah’s Sentence

The “Chrisley Knows Best” star seems to be having a hard time dealing with the reality of her parents’ beliefs.

According to The Blast, Savannah revealed how upset she was about her parents getting a higher sentence in contrast to television personality Jen Shah, who was also accused of similar crimes to her famous parents.

During a pre-recorded episode of the “Unlocked” podcast, the actress brought up some important points after she compared Shah’s punishment to that of her parents.

He noted that Shah was sentenced to six and a half years, which was significantly less than Todd and Julie’s combined 19-year sentence. Expressing his displeasure, he said, “put those cases side by side, and it doesn’t make sense – it doesn’t.”

Emphasizing his point, he further revealed that Shah’s crimes were far worse than his parents’ since Shah left the real victim.

It seems that the walls that Chrisley built are coming down quickly, and the TV personality is not hiding her feelings from the public.

As previously reported, Savannah opened up about her feelings following her parents’ conviction on her “Unlocked” podcast. He revealed that he had a “very difficult” time in his parents’ absence.

He went on to talk about how difficult it was to face the 53-year-old and his wife, Julie, as they began their prison terms. He noted that this particular episode was recorded on January 12, five days before his parents were reported to prison.

Savannah said, “So for those of you who are familiar with my family and have followed our lives and also followed my podcast, you know that last week was a very difficult week for my family as a whole and for each of us individually.”

Adding, “We had to say goodbye to my parents for a little while, for the future. And that was really, really, really hard.

Chrisley further explained that the podcast episode only seemed “happy-go-lucky” because she finished recording it before her life started “falling apart.”

Also, he said, “I think it’s because there’s so much hope out there, and I’m not facing the reality of the situation.”
