Savannah Chrisley could potentially lose custody of her 10-year-old adopted sister, Chloe Chrisley.
The reality TV star was recently granted custody of her younger siblings, Grayson Chrisley, and Chloe, following her parents’ prison sentences.

Chloe is the daughter of Savannah’s brother, Kyle Chrisley, and his ex, Angela Johnson. Chloe was born in 2012, but Kyle lost custody of his daughter in 2016 due to drug addiction and bipolar disorder.
This resulted in Johnson having to share custody with Todd Chrisley.
That same year, she was arrested for filing a false application for Medicaid assistance, which left Todd with full custody.

In light of the recent cheating scandal surrounding the Chrisley family patriarch and parents, Johnson wants full custody of his daughter back.
According to reports, Johnson is preparing to regain full custody of Chloe.
He explained that he had been working with the legal team for years to get the 10-year-old back, but admitted it was very difficult.
The Chrisley’s previously lived in Atlanta before moving to Tennessee. Johnson is based in South Carolina, so all the actions have created a jurisdictional nightmare in his fight to regain custody.

He “hasn’t filed any legal papers… so far” to become Chloe’s sole guardian.
Johnson explained to TMZ, “I want him home. He deserves to be home. … I am his biological mother.”
Chloe’s birth mother insists she did not commit Medicaid fraud and insists that she has proof she did not commit Medicaid fraud.
He insinuates Todd and Julie had something to do with the arrest.
“My record is clean. Nothing on my record for 26, 27 years I never had anything on my record until ‘someone’ said, ‘Oh, he committed Medicaid fraud.’ No, I don’t,” he said in a video to the outlet.

Johnson is also concerned about Savannah getting custody of Chloe.
“I mean as far as Savannah going with Chloe, I don’t think it’s right, because at the end of the day… my thing is, I’m her biological mother. I was removed from his life. I don’t shy away from it. I was pushed out of his life and they wanted me to forget Chloe, and they wanted Chloe to forget me, like I didn’t exist.”
Johnson worries that Chloe has forgotten her family in SC.
“He has a family at home. My whole family, he probably won’t remember because he’s been gone for almost six years,” Johnson said. “But for them to keep taking her away from me… that’s not right.”

She explains she doesn’t know why she had to do joint custody with Todd and Julie to begin with.
“I will never take Chloe away from the other side… if they want to see it, they can see it. But for us to go from joint custody to them taking it all the way, that’s too far,” Johnson said.
Johnson has two more children under his care.
