Reality TV star Savannah Chrisley reflected on a recent incident involving her and a Southwest Airlines attendant, in which she was kicked off the plane for her “unruly” behavior.
Chrisley admitted that she wasn’t “her most patient self” during the verbal altercation, adding more details to her account of what transpired between her and the employee.
At the time, she took to social media to call the airline out after she was barred from a flight for allegedly refusing to check in her carry-on bag. A representative for Southwest Airlines commented on Chrisley’s account of events, saying he told “a different story.”

Chrisley recently made headlines after being kicked off a Southwest Airlines flight she was supposed to be on from New York City to Tennessee. The incident occurred after Chrisley became impatient and argued with airline staff who asked him to check in his carry-on bag.

During Tuesday’s episode of the “Unlocked” podcast, she admitted that, at the time, she had been frustrated by the attendant’s firm stance on the matter and that she wasn’t on her best behavior.
She revealed more details about what happened between them, stating that she told the attendant she wanted to see for herself after he asked her to check in a handbag before calling her an “a**hole.”
“I told the waiter, ‘You know what? We all have hard days. You’re in a mood. I’m in a mood. I’m sorry. I shouldn’t have called you an a-hole. Let’s check my bag,'” she recounted.
However, his frustration grew because the attendant did not allow him to board the plane. He explained that the situation caused him to not be his “most patient self,” and he called the employee an “a**hole” again.

When the incident happened, the “Chrisley Knows Best” alum took to social media to document the event and slammed the airline for kicking her off the flight.
He revealed that the airline employee called him an “unruly passenger” after arguing with him following his refusal to check in his carry-on bag.
“Okay, guys, I know why everyone hates Southwest so much. I mean, hating it—the worst thing in the world,” Chrisley shared at the time.
She continued, “This guy here … um, horrible. I got on my flight to board, and he told me I had to check my bag. I was like, ‘Okay, if you don’t mind, I’ll take my bag on the flight. , see if I can’t adjust it, and if not, I’ll check it out.’”
However, the airline employee did not budge, calling Chrisley “out of control” for failing to follow instructions.
Southwest Airlines Responds to Savannah Chrisley’s Lawsuit

A representative for Southwest has since responded to Chrisley’s report of the incident, stating that it was not entirely accurate because she told “a different story,” per Entertainment Tonight.
“Our initial report shows a different story than the customer’s account, as he arrived at the gate late in the boarding process and repeatedly insulted our employees after being asked to check his bag,” the airline representative shared.
They continued, “As a result, the customer was denied boarding on his original flight, and we rebooked him on a later flight the same day.”
At the time, the airline acknowledged receipt of Chrisley’s video and stated that they would “look into the situation.”

“He sent me letters for 30 to 40 days. It’s just like a daily diary, a journal,” he said. “I’ll eventually get it out, read it at some point to give people an update on how they’re doing and what’s on their mind.”
“I don’t think a single letter went by that he didn’t express how much he missed my father. They can’t talk. So we’re like, four months in, almost, and together for almost 30 years and not going a day without talking, to now go four months is a lot,” he added.
Todd and Julie served 12 and 7 years in prison, respectively, following their federal tax fraud convictions.
