Sizemore is receiving serious treatment after being rushed to hospital for emergency treatment. His manager, Charles Lago, who was around, revealed what happened TMZsaid they were hanging out at Sizemore’s house at 2 a.m. when the actor suddenly collapsed and lost consciousness.

According to the news outlet, someone found Sizemore unresponsive and called 911 for emergency response. Paramedics then took the actor to a local hospital, where doctors treated him and diagnosed him with a brain aneurysm.

This follows the 2017 charges that cemented the actor’s reputation as an abuser. Sizemore was arrested that year for assaulting his then-partner before pleading guilty to two charges. At one point, the actor said he squatted “for two years” in a building that had “no electricity or running water.

He said, “My life is getting better, it’s true history, but I have a long history of substance abuse, I’m in a really bad place. I’m not homeless but I had to sell my $7 million home fast. This is how frustrated I am, I could buy something else, like a condo or something, but I want a house again.”
