Scheana Shay’s alleged assault on Raquel Leviss could spell trouble for the special.
Explosion recently reported Leviss filed for a temporary restraining order against his counterpart and former friend.
In the filing, Leviss said Shay pushed him into “a brick wall causing an injury to the back of the head and punched me in the face causing an injury to my left eye.”

The allegation continues, “during this time friends and colleagues told me he did not regret physically assaulting me and would do it again if he found that further emotional stress was caused by our mutual friend.”
Leviss’ injuries were recorded as “a black eye and a wound/scar to the left eyebrow, blurred vision. and swelling in the left eye.”
Shay’s legal team claims he never punched Leviss, and calls the entire case a “fabrication by a notorious liar and con artist who has betrayed everyone close to him.”

Shay’s Lawyer Says Raquel “Sabotaged” Reunion
The host of the ‘Scheananigans’ podcast can’t stay within 100 feet of Leviss and vice versa. Shay’s legal team said the restraining order “sabotaged” the season 10 reunion special.
Shay’s lawyer, Neama Rahmani, told Page Six“It cannot happen in any meaningful way while this order is being prepared.”
The reunion special is set to film on March 23, and their court hearing is set for March 29.

“The temporary restraining order, as it stands, currently prohibits Scheana from being within 100 yards of Rachel, so neither of them can be physically present at the meeting,” he explained. “There was absolutely no mechanism to modify this type of temporary civil restraining order before [March 29 court] hearing, so a reunion, at least having them all together in person, is definitely in jeopardy.”
He predicts one of the actors will appear via Zoom while the other appears in person.

Shay may not contact or communicate with Leviss “directly or through an intermediary.”
‘VPR’ cast member Lala Kent recently revealed what she expected to happen at the reunion.
“I’m not a physical person, I’m not trying to catch a case. Also, there’s something about putting my hands on somebody that feels ‘gross.’… I don’t know how my other actors are, I think there’s going to be a ton of safety, for sure,” he said on Tuesday’s episode of the podcast.
His female co-host, Jessica Walter, posed the following question: “Do you think there’s a comeback from this for Raquel?”

And to see that the girls who built her up and gave her that confidence, when I might have made her not so confident, now they despise her maybe more than me.”
