Braun’s scooter was not investigated by the FBI, a rumor that arose during reports that she had broken up with Justin Bieber and Ariana Grande.
According to sources close to the situation, Scooter has never been and is not the target of any law enforcement or FBI investigation of any crime. In fact, we’re told it’s “the most ridiculous thing so far” reported, while the media got several stories about him wrong.
For starters, the FBI rumors started after Taylor Swift released the song “Vigilante S–t” which allegedly talks about Scooter’s divorce and alleged cheating. In the song, Taylor writes, “Now he got a house, got kids, got pride / Imagine me thick as a thief with your ex-wife / And she lookin’ so pretty Drivin’ in your Benz / Lately, she’s been dressed ‘ for revenge.” Adding, “He needed cold, hard proof, so I gave him some / He’s got that envelope, where do you think he got it?”
Of course, fans believe he’s talking about Scooter — who’s going through a divorce and finally settling a case with his ex-wife Yael Cohen getting one of the houses and $60,000 in child support every month.
It should be noted, we actually broke the story that Scooter used his own media influence to cover up HIM’s alleged cheating.

As such, many are linking recent reports of Scooter breaking up with some of his long-term artists as evidence that a criminal investigation may be underway.
It is not. Period.
We’re told Scooter Braun is not being investigated for anything by the FBI, or anyone else. In fact, he thought the whole thing was “kind of funny.”
