Wearing a gym top from her new Zentoa Perfect Seamless collection, Senada stood in her kitchen and tried not to spill chocolate all over her kitchen counter while giving fans a look at how she prepares the bark. First, he shows his followers a look at the final product before he shows his followers how to make it.

After placing blueberries on parchment paper, she combines almond milk with protein powder in a bowl and pours in the third layer of blueberries. She then sprinkles almonds over the mixture before melting coconut oil and dark chocolate in the microwave.

He then drizzles chocolate over the almonds before adding more almonds for extra crunch. He then puts the entire pan into the freezer for one to two hours to set before digging in! Sanada shares the amount of each ingredient she uses in the caption, but it can easily be modified to suit individual preferences.

Sanada Greca Describes His New Recipe As A ‘Must Try!’

In the caption, Senada wrote, “Protein Blueberry Chocolate Bark – this might be better than the last one. So easy to make, so delicious and a great dessert, post workout or anytime snack,” adding, “Must try ! So very good!” He also lists the five-step process he uses to create the delicious dessert:

  1. 1-2 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)2. 2-3 scoops of vanilla protein powder mixed with 1 cup of almond milk (I use vanilla without sugar)3. Melt dark chocolate, 70g (l used without sugar, 100% cocoa) with 1 teaspoon of coconut oil4. Chop or use chopped almonds and drizzle on top5. Layer melted chocolate and add more almonds (if you like)

Place in the refrigerator until it hardens for about 1-2 hours

Brand Zentoa commented on his post, writing, “Wow! Amazing in a barely there bra top. The way it shows your butt.” However, many fans are more interested in her delicious dessert recipes than her gym fitness!

“Do you make most of your recipes? Everything looks amazing and delicious,” commented one fan. “I do,” replied Senada. “I sprinkled Himalayan pink on the last dessert and it made the flavors explode,” shared another follower. “Brilliant idea! Try this one with blueberries. It might be better than the first one,” Senada admitted.

Last month, the social media sensation shared a video for her Chocolate Protein Banana Skin recipe, which got a huge response from her fans! After breaking flat slices of banana between two sheets of parchment paper, she sprinkles the top with chocolate protein powder, melted dark chocolate and walnuts for added flavor.
