As usual, the perfect couple decided to declare their love for each other and set the bar high for the rest of us. On that note, the lovebirds decide to watch an NBA game; however, the Reddit co-founder gave fans a glimpse of how the sports date night goes with his wife.
Serena Williams Fell Asleep During NBA Date Night With Husband Alexis Ohanian
The 40-year-old American entrepreneur took to her Instagram account to recount her recent date night and 40th birthday celebration. The two commemorated the special day by watching a thrilling match between the Miami Heat and the Milwaukee Bucks from a private suite at the Kaseya Center.
The doting husband teased his wife for falling asleep in the middle of the match by posting a picture of her sleeping. In the photo, Ohanian is wearing a brown jacket over a black polo shirt with a black baseball cap. Williams, who slept on her husband’s shoulder, was seen rocking a multicolored sweater with long brown hair.

She captioned the photo, “Mom & Dad night out,” and within minutes, the couple’s fans flooded the comments with all kinds of comments. One fan stated, “It’s okay – the main thing is that you’re together. ❤️❤️.”

Since lovers are undoubtedly the epitome of the perfect couple’s gift, it’s only natural to remember their long-lasting love story. The tennis star and internet investor reportedly met for the first time in May 2015.
The couple sat next to each other at breakfast at the Hotel Cavalieri in Rome. That same month, the pair went on their first date traveling around Paris when the 40-year-old honored Williams’ invitation to come watch her play at the 2015 French Open, the second round of the Grand Slam circuit.
A year later, on December 10, 2016, the Armenian popped the big question to the 41-year-old at the same place they first met. A few weeks later, the twenty-three Grand Slam singles winner broke the news of her engagement with a poem on Reddit. He wrote:

Per The Blast, the internet entrepreneur shared two photos on his Instagram; one shows her and her daughter, Olympia, while the second is a picture of a fan raising a yellow banner with “QUEEN” written on it.
He began his caption by raving about the multi-hyphenate athlete’s global influence over the “past seven years” and how much love his wife has received around the world. He later wrote, “Many people have told me “how Reddit changed their life,” but the scale & impact of the “how Serena changed my life” story is dwarfed.”
The loving husband further mentioned that anecdotes of his wife’s effect on many strangers made him wonder how far she had come. Finally, he praised Williams for being down to earth about the “breadth and depth” of his influence.
