Shakira is openly texting her ex-in-laws, but more specifically her ex-mother-in-law.
His move reportedly upset Montserrat Bernabeu, Piqué’s mother, and she is believed to have asked for it to be removed.
We recently reported the Colombian singer is preparing to leave her home in Barcelona for Miami, FL. in the next few weeks, so he had to send one last message to Montserrat.

This is not the first time Shakira has expressed her disapproval of Montserrat.
In 2021, he expressed displeasure with his former in-laws over a haircut he suggested Shakira get in 2012.
