On Thursday, a Spanish court announced that the Colombian singer is now under another investigation for alleged income and wealth tax fraud in 2018. According to Reutersthe court in the city of Esplugues de Llobregat, near Barcelona, issued a statement.
However, no further details were provided in the message, and prosecutors did not immediately respond to a request for comment. The 46-year-old’s legal team reportedly stated that he was not officially informed of the new case and only found out about it through the media. They noted:

The upcoming trial in court has been planned for 12 sessions, starting from November to December, and involving about 200 witnesses. If found guilty, the Spanish government is demanding a prison sentence of eight years and two months for the record producer.
