The “DWTS” alum and the actor made a video together on Instagram, inspiring fans to be more open about their mental health struggles.

Green begins the clip by saying, “While the holidays are filled with joy and celebration for many people, we want to take a moment and acknowledge that for some people, the holidays are a difficult time of year.”
The professional dancer listed the categories of people who are experiencing difficulties, saying, “maybe you experience the death of a loved one, or you live far from your family and friends, or you experience illness or financial difficulties.”
Green also points out that men sometimes find it hard to ask for help, but he thinks asking for help is a brave thing to do. The tv star went on to reveal that they have teamed up with Movember- a charity that focuses on mental health and suicide prevention, to share hope with people.
Green beckoned her fans to be open about their mental health struggles. She said, “Join Sharna and me this holiday season to talk openly and authentically about mental health and self-care.” At the end of the video, the couple advised their fans to check on their friends and family.
In the caption of the post, they spread more love while highlighting the death of the late choreographer. The caption read in part, “I never thought we would be mourning the loss of one of the most beautiful and bright lights in our industry and community. Our passion to spread awareness has become even more personal to us in the wake of this tragic event.”
The message concluded, “We want you to know, you are loved, you are seen, and it will get better. You can find the light again, I promise that.”
Brian Austin Opens Up About His Health Issues
As you know, the actor is open about his personal life. Earlier, we reported that the actor revealed that he was suffering from some health problems.
Fans heard it when the actor made an appearance on “Good Morning America,” where he revealed he lost 20 pounds after battling ulcerative colitis.
According to Green, he has faced the disease “several times,” and each has been a challenging experience. The actor detailed how he managed to live with this disease.
She says, “I try to avoid gluten and dairy as much as possible. It’s really just nutrition, like, as long as I can keep things in my system that my body doesn’t think I’m poisoning it, then it doesn’t fight back.”
He continued, “I’ll eat food, and it’s literally like, my body doesn’t process any of it. So, when you start playing catch-up, like, staying on top of being hydrated enough, it’s a battle.”
Recall that in March, the actor was absent on social media, and he revealed that this absence was due to Ulcerative Colitis which left him bedridden.
He explained it in a video, saying, “I had ulcerative colitis for about six, six and a half weeks, which was not very fun. Terrible time.”

According to The Blast, the “Beverly Hills, 90210” alum bounced back from her illness, and she noted that her fiance was very helpful during that period, even while she was pregnant.
In her video update, she said, “Sharna was amazing — six, seven months pregnant — taking care of my three little kids because I was bedridden for a while.”
She continued, “Taking care of me, not complaining, being amazing. I’m so grateful to have someone like her in my life.”
Burgess, overwhelmed by the love from her man, sweetly replied to the post. She wrote, “Honey, this is beautiful and unexpected. I love you, and I have you. You and the kids, always. ❤️xx.”
