“3 months of you,” Burgess began his ongoing tribute, “3 months of watching you grow, marveling at you, and experiencing a love I’ve never known.”
She went on to describe motherhood as “by far the greatest thing” she’s ever done, which she’s “very grateful for.” In conclusion, the doting mama talks about the unique experience of being a mother, expressing how happy she is. He wrote:
“Wonder, love, fear, sleepless nights, and memories. I’m the luckiest Mama in the whole country.”
As for the video, it is a combination of her moments with her son, from his birth at the clinic to taking care of him as he grows at home. Some parts show her hugging the boy, feeding him, and playing with him. She can also be seen drying her hair while tying the man in front of her and kissing his forehead.
At the same time, another part shows him caressing her while she cries, leading to another part where he caresses her feet and maybe sings to her. The video also shows the pair in a pool with the boy on a float while his mother stays by his side before revealing more glimpses of him lying on a blanket laughing at his mother.
Burgess’s three-month celebration comes shortly after The Blast reported that she marked Zane’s two-month milestone on Instagram using a clip of herself cradling her son to her chest as he slept.
The little one had a nipple in his mouth, looking calm, while his mother looked at him lovingly for a few seconds before placing a kiss on his forehead. In the video, the ballroom dancer ties her hair in a bun and wears a white tank top, three earrings and a gold necklace with an S logo.
And alongside the clip, she penned an adorable tribute to Zane, showing it’s been eight weeks since his birth and revealing one of her most cherished moments with him. He wrote:
“Right now with my milk hangover I’m curled up in a baby boy. I’ve been sharing different versions of this moment over the past 8 weeks, and maybe to you, it seems like the same thing over and over again.”
However, for the 37-year-old parent, every time she posts such an experience is like the first time. And he added that putting him on his chest still made him emotional, filling him with indescribable love. She also claims the connection she feels with Zane is real and unlike anything she’s ever experienced. In addition, whenever he was not with his son, his body wanted to return to him.
Burgess went on to say how blessed she was to have the “gift of watching over and guiding” the baby because it was everything she had ever dreamed of. She’s definitely loved being a mom for the past two months, which she calls “by far the worst and most beautiful thing I’ve ever done.”
“DWTS” Choreographer Says Breastfeeding Isn’t Always Stress-Free
As Burgess continues her motherhood journey, she describes her breastfeeding experience to her Instagram fans, revealing it wasn’t always “stress-free.” As The Blast reported, she wrote that some of her “precious moments” with Zane were whenever she breastfed him; however, those moments may be challenging.
The brilliant entertainer also admits to not having enough knowledge about how difficult it is to get a steady flow of milk. She added a video to the update, which is a sponsored ad for “Eu Natural,” a brand created to help moms with their milk supply.
In the clip, she is with her son, engaging in various activities and going about her day. At the same time, in a voiceover, he promotes a product made by health care experts that helps milk flow. Burgess then captioned the post to urge mothers who have trouble pumping to get “Nourish” products to promote breastfeeding health.
