The swimsuit ensemble consisted of a triangle-shaped bra with a cutout that revealed some of her breasts. The matching bikini bottom has straps and hangs low on her slim waist. Burgess showing off her toned figure comes a month after she opened up about struggling with her post-baby body despite being muscular. She made the candid confession during a Q&A segment on her Instagram when a follower asked her “the best exercise routine for a flat stomach after a C-section.”
In response, the 38-year-old pro dancer opened up about her postpartum journey. Using a bikini photo she posted earlier, she told fans she’s still in the process of transitioning. As for the bikini photo she shared, she explained that it was taken at an “amazing angle,” and that she felt “really good” at the time.
She continued, highlighting the challenges of her body after the C-section procedure. Burgess noted that he felt his muscles were in a different place. Detailing some of her body changes, Burgess noted that she gained “about three-quarters of an inch of diastasis recti” before adding that she’s still working on covering it.
“It’s tough,” Burgess admits. “What you see is because I’ve been fit all my life. I have always been blessed with a great body and definition.” She continued, “I also have a long torso where I think it’s only appropriate for her to look fit and fit throughout my life, staying fit throughout my pregnancy, but I still really struggle with it.”
