Career
Shruti started working as an engineer at Steria India Limited, after completing her studies. In 2011, when he was in the United States, he made his first YouTube video. She started uploading more beauty and fashion videos on her YouTube channel, ‘ShrutiArjunAnand.’ When he returned to India from the United States in 2013, he quit his engineering job and started working full-time on YouTube. In an interview, he said,
I was in the US when I uploaded my first video – it was about hairstyles. I’ll try different hairstyles before I shoot a video, and people seem to like my work. I thought maybe this is what I’m good at. This is 2012; By early 2013, I was being paid by YouTube through the YouTube Partner Program (YPP). In April 2013, he returned to India with his family.
Apart from makeup videos, she makes comedy videos on her YouTube channel. He is the owner of two companies, ‘ShrutiArjunAnand Digital Media’ Pvt. Ltd. and ‘Shruti Makeup & Beauty Private Limited.’
