While the moments are captivating, nothing is more heartwarming than the personal vows exchanged between the lovers. “Jonathan James Owens,” Biles said as she read her pledge. “From the first day I met you, I knew I had found my future husband. I know something feels different because it all feels so real. I promise to be your honest, faithful, loving wife all my days, and I am very happy to love you forever.”
When the Olympian finished, the soccer player took over with his promise of love to his wife. “Simone, my best friend, my wife now, the best thing that ever happened to me,” Owens said, looking at his wife in awe.
Holding back tears, she continued, “I love you so much, baby.” And I wouldn’t trade this moment, my family or my friends for anything. You only complete me as a person; you are my better part. I’m just excited, honey. I really love you.”

Olympic Medalist Gets Honest About Long Distance Issues In Her Marriage To Jonathan Owens
With the lavish wedding over, Biles and Owens are enjoying their married life. However, the journey of the marriage was not a happy one, as Biles revealed that the distance was challenging for them. The gymnast queen got candid about the distance issue during an Instagram Q&A session when a fan asked, “How often do you see your husband?”
Answering the question, the 26-year-old athlete referred to her husband’s switch team, writing, “When he’s in Houston, every day!!!!! But he is in green bay now.” He added he would be able to see her shortly. “It’s going to happen in 1 of 3 preseason games but right after that… like 35 minutes.”
Biles also revealed that she and her husband are figuring out how to handle the distance and when they will spend time together. Biles went on to admit, “Long distance is tough & both being a professional athlete is tough… for our schedule…”
For those unaware, the NFL star signed with the Green Bay Packers in May, and as expected, he had to go for preseason games. At the time of the signing, no one was more excited and heartbroken at the same time than his Olympic gold medalist wife.

His eyes were puffy, and his normally perfect hair was a mess. In the caption of the post, the new wife explained why she looked sad.
