Aaron, who did not have a good relationship with his siblings before his death, did not leave a will stating how his property should be divided, so his estate passed to his youngest son, Prince.

The residence, where Aaron died in the bathroom, is currently undergoing renovations and has been put back on the market for about $850,000.
According to the news outlet, Aaron paid $430,000 for the house and renovated it, including the addition of several additional bedrooms and the construction of a larger pool in the backyard.
Christie M. Limpus of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, the property’s listing agent, noted that five prospective buyers have already visited the home since it was relisted.

Aaron had a long battle with mental health conditions and drug addiction before his death in November 2022.
According to Martin, Aaron texted the still-unidentified dealer that he no longer wanted the material, but the man replied that he still had to pay. The last message between the two reportedly shows him asking if the request to pay was him “threatened.”
Jane and Martin deduce that the singer met the dealer after their tense exchange. They think that he settled the debt at the meeting and then “took a substance that could have killed him in the end.”
Aaron was found dead in his bathtub by his housekeeper, but the coroner has since ruled out drowning because he had no water in his lungs.
His mother shared that she thinks the police are not taking the investigation into his cause of death seriously, saying she “wants answers.”
