Sister of Cash App founder Bob Lee’s alleged killer arrested for DUI hit-and-run

A married woman who allegedly attended a sex party with Cash App co-founder Bob Lee before his murder was arrested for DUI in a hit-and-run incident Monday.

Khazar Elyassnia, 38, was booked on suspicion of DUI, hit-and-run, failure to drive in lane, and failure to provide proof of financial responsibility, according to the San Francisco Chronicle.

San Francisco police responded to a car accident at 11:08 a.m. Monday near the city’s Tenderloin area.

The incident occurred seven months after Elyassnia’s brother, Nima Momeni, was charged with murdering Lee’s technology officer.

There are no indications of DUI charges related to Lee’s murder at this time.

Sheriff’s officials told The Post Khazar Momeni was no longer on their jail roster as of Tuesday morning, indicating he had been bailed out.

Elyassnia — who also goes by Khazar Momeni — has shown support for her brother throughout his legal proceedings, often attending hearings with her husband, Dr. Dino Elyassnia.

The glamorous surgeon’s wife was allegedly romantically involved with Lee and was with him and then her brother hours before she was charged with murder.

Lee, 43, a divorced father of two, allegedly frequented underground orgy and drug parties with San Francisco’s elite, including Elyassnia, according to the Wall Street Journal.

Lee, who was killed in the early morning hours of April 4, was found with two stab wounds to the upper chest and a possible third wound to the right hip, according to the San Francisco medical examiner.

Toxicology reports indicated he had cocaine, ketamine, and other substances in his system at the time of his death.

Prosecutors said Nima Momeni, a technology consultant, butchered Lee after they argued about Elyassnia.

Momeni reportedly confronted Lee about his sister and asked if they were “doing drugs or something inappropriate” together, according to prosecutors.

On the night of her death, Elyassnia sent one of the last texts Lee received, which said: “I know nima has been bothering you.”

Momeni was arrested more than a week after Lee’s death and has pleaded not guilty to murder.

Elyassnia reportedly refused to cooperate with prosecutors. Friends have described the siblings as “very close.”

Nima Momeni is scheduled to appear in court again on Thursday.

New photos emerged this week showing the 43-year-old behind bulletproof windows in his prison cell.

Momeni was seen in an orange sweater and prison pants with a pile of books on his desk, including a biography of Napoleon Bonaparte by Andrew Roberts and a book by author and mythologist Joseph Campbell on psychology, according to The San Francisco Standard.

“It’s important for us to give the full story,” Tony Brass, one of Momeni’s lawyers, told the publication in October. “We are not trying to hide anything. If anything, we’re trying to tell the full story of how this happened.”
