Comedian Kevin Brennan has been on fire with his crude comments lately, and he’s been slammed for his attention seeking.
The former “Saturday Night Live” writer used X, formerly known as Twitter, to lash out at football player Caleb Williams and former NFL athlete Robert Griffin III, calling them “b——.”
His comments came in response to Griffin, who posted about Williams crying with his family after his team, the USC Trojans, lost a game against the Washington Huskies.
Brennan’s comments came shortly after he made a cruel joke about the death of “Friends” star Matthew Perry.

If there’s one thing Kevin Brennan knows how to do, it’s ruffling feathers. The comedian recently made comments aimed at USC football player Calen Williams after the athlete was seen crying with his family following his team’s loss.
Former football quarterback Robert Griffin III was also caught in the crossfire, as Brennan branded both athletes “b——.”
Griffin tweeted commenting on the heartbreaking moment Williams cried after the USC Trojans’ loss to the Washington’s Huskies.
He wrote, along with a video of the player crying, “Seeing Caleb Williams sob with his family after losing a game will BREAK YOUR HEART.”
The former athlete added, “This young man pours his heart out for his team EVERY TIME he plays. Any NFL team would be lucky to have him as their QB and this emotion shows how much this game means to him. @CALEBcsw”
Brennan seemed to disagree with Griffin, tweeting, “He ab—-. Like you.”

While Brennan’s comments seemed harsh and unsympathetic to Williams’ tears, some football fans seemed to agree with him.
One wrote, “Seriously. Take it to the locker room and cry in the bathroom stall if you have to. Otherwise it’s just attention seeking.”
Another said, “I’m sick of this generation of losers and crybabies. A bunch of p—–. Grow up, hard, suck it you gotta, but don’t do it like this s—, especially in public. The poster is not hiding anything.”
Others slammed the comedian for trying to seek attention, with one comment reading, “Wow. Kevin keyboard warrior strikes again. Ohhhh so scary.”
Another X user wrote, “You’re afraid of your own shadow, coward.”
A third said, “You’re the biggest b—-… NOBODY is hungry,” while a fourth said, “Well, you know bitch because you’re one.”
Caleb Williams & USC Heartbreaking Loss To Washington
The USC quarterback suffered a tough loss in Saturday’s game against Washington, and as soon as it ended, Williams went down to the stands where his family was and cried behind one of their posters.
The 21-year-old sobbed as he sat near the fence. Williams can be seen holding one of his family members as he sobs, knowing that USC’s chances of making the College Football Playoff are completely destroyed by their loss.
“I want to go home and cuddle with my dog and watch some shows,” the young athlete said, per Fox Newsafter being questioned about his team’s defeat.
He continued, “Like, we lost the game. I worked so hard all month, all these years to have a big game like this, try to win and play our best, every single one of us. We came up with a loss today, emotionally, I want to go home, and I want to play with my dog.”
USC head coach Lincoln Riley commented on the loss, saying, “We didn’t play well tonight. The biggest thing is the running game. Too many big dramas. Some of our worst balls were on some of the biggest plays in the game…”
“I think our guys were disappointed because we were so close and we didn’t play well enough to break away,” added Coach Riley.
Sports Fans Rally Around Caleb Williams
Despite scathing comments from Kevin Brennan, some sports fans have praised Williams for showing genuine emotion after suffering a game loss.
Former quarterback Robert Griffin III wrote, “When you pour everything into something and it doesn’t go the way you planned, it hurts. Caleb Williams has a bright future and this type of emotion is the most surreal moment of his career.”
“Remember this is a young adult or a child. Some people will scoff but he doesn’t have to be human!” others noted.
A third said, “This is another reason why college is just a better watch than the NFL. The game and the emotion. These kids bleed this stuff. Tears and everything.”
We hope Caleb Williams feels better as the real test comes against rival UCLA.
