Snoop Dogg Reacts To Daughter Cori Broadus’ Engagement To Boyfriend Wayne Duece

Wedding bells may be ringing just in time for Snoop Dogg’s only daughter Cori Broadus as she recently got engaged to her boyfriend of nearly three years, Wayne Deuce.

Snoop Dogg couldn’t be happier for his baby girl, who he shares with his high school sweetheart at the time, Shante Taylor, as he took to Instagram to celebrate the good news in style.

Snoop Dogg Cheers Daughter’s Recent Engagement With Family

The Grammy nominee didn’t mince words as she uploaded an uncaptioned photo showing herself among several people toasting the engagement at what appeared to be a party. She can be seen wearing a green long-sleeved jacket with a white and colored bucket hat, while the people around her are wearing a mix of pink and blue.

Her daughter, Cori, is also featured in the image, wearing a pink two-piece ensemble and raising a flute of champagne like everyone else in the room. Given the festivities included in the post and their obvious cheers, fans would conclude that Snoop is happy about the engagement even without saying it.

On the other hand, Cori’s announcement post was more revealing as she posted a carousel of two photos with the first showing her in the same place but alone with her lover. Although Duece’s face is not revealed in the photo, his hands are on display, holding his bride-to-be’s finger while showing off his engagement ring quite close to the camera.

In the background, white block letters that read, “Will you marry me?” can be seen with matching balloons. And in the next slide, Cori, in her pink dress, puts one hand on her chest, showing off her latest jewelry.

Both pictures capture the 23-year-old looking beyond excited as he beams. She then captioned the post, “She’s engaged,” and added a ring emoji. The heartwarming update naturally sparked congratulations as fans flooded the comments section, making sure to add plenty of love emojis for the newly engaged.

Cori may be a celebrity child, but she’s also made a name for herself as a talented upcoming music star with a net worth of around $500k. She started dating her man in 2018, but they went public after she posted a picture of them together in mid-2019.

Since then, the two have never tired of sharing their romantic photos on their social media feeds almost every day, showing that their love is still as strong as ever. One such post was a July 2020 photo of Cori making out with her lover, which she captioned with a message of love and appreciation for Duece’s support.

The young model is also a social media sensation like her baby, as she has over 22.8k Instagram followers and several subscribers on YouTube. She is not only a model, but she also plans to become a successful actress, YouTuber, investor, and businessman.

Additionally, Duece is the creative director of Wayne Bernard Co., where Cori is often used as a model. In addition, they own the CHOC factory, a beauty and cosmetics brand together. It’s not news to fans that Snoop’s daughter has struggled with her mental health over the years, but now, she’s on the mend, all thanks to the unwavering support of her family and partner.

Snoop Dogg Has An Upcoming Biopic In The Works!

While Snoop and his family are rejoicing over his daughter’s engagement, it looks like there’s more to celebrate as his biopic was recently reported to be coming together at Universal Pictures.

Earlier this month, The Blast reported that the media company announced the new project in early November, and that it will be directed by legendary filmmaker Allen Hughes and written by “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever’s” Joe Robert.

What’s more, Snoop will be heavily invested in the production, which will feature music from his collection. It will also be produced under the Death Row Pictures banner, which he runs with Sara Ramaker.

The 51-year-old man’s biopic will certainly be filled with color, starting from his rise to fame in the nineties, thanks to his collaboration with Dr. Dre and his subsequent albums “Doggystyle” and “The Doggfather.”

And it seems to be in the best hands as Universal Pictures has had success with such projects while filmmaker Hughes has a reputable experience in the Hollywood industry.
