A Virginia mother accused of organizing a twisted “daddy’s son” sex plot has been denied a request to be released from prison ahead of her trial after arguing she was “not too dangerous.”
Eleanor Hunton Hoppe’s motion on Dec. 9 to be released from prison and live with her aunt before her son’s sex trial was denied on Dec. 15, according to The Daily Progress.
The accused pedophile also appears to have rejected a plea deal set to expire on December 14, according to a federal motion regarding allegations that Hoppe received harsh medical treatment at the DC Department of Corrections.
The deal required him to plead guilty to luring a minor.
The charge carries a mandatory minimum sentence of ten years in prison, the outlet reported.
It was the 45-year-old’s second attempt to break out of jail after his March arrest at a Warrenton motel.
The Charlottesville-area woman was arrested at the motel after she met with an undercover FBI agent who she claimed believed to be a father who asked to have gang sex with his 8-year-old daughter.

Hoppe was also denied pre-trial release in April when a judge rejected his claim that he is an “upstanding citizen” because he went to college and has legal experience, calling him a “significant danger to society.”
“He wants to be released from prison, but no one will release him from prison,” legal analyst David Heilberg told the outlet.

Hoppe was initially busted after sending undercover agents a 30-second video containing explicit child sexual abuse after being snared by the FBI on a fetish site.
“Hey! I’m a single mom raising two daughters in a very open mother daughter relationship. I’m hoping to connect with similar families in VA through this forum…. It would be amazing to find a Father figure to complete our family,” said Hoppe who allegedly wrote, according to the outlet.
“Remember this is a special daddy’s girl night no dress required,” Hoppe allegedly texted the agent. “I will be[r]e as fast as I can and I will be naked[o].”
Hoppe allegedly had lubricant and pink children’s clothing that matched similar clothing promised to her when she arrived at the motel.
After his arrest, he reportedly claimed he had gone to Warrenton to prevent any child abuse.
Hoppe’s ex-husband, Joel Hoppe, is a magistrate judge in the Western District of Virginia.
After his arrest, Joel Hoppe won custody of the couple’s daughters, ages 10 and 12, according to The Roanoke Times.
The prominent Richmond family Hoppe heads the second largest law firm in Virginia.
The accused pedophile was known to be active in Albemarle County’s social scene before his arrest.
