Sophia Grace Brownlee is getting ready to be a mom! The 19-year-old influencer, best known for her appearance on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” in 2011, announced the big news on her YouTube channel.

In the video, she is surrounded by pink and blue balloons as she explains why she decided to wait until now to announce her pregnancy. “I’m here to tell you that I’m pregnant. So I’m 21 weeks today, and the reason why I left it so long is because I always wanted to make sure everything was fine and everything was safe,” she said. “So I decided to wait until now to tell everyone because I thought 20 weeks was like definitely safe and I had my 20 week scan and everything was fine, thank God.”
She explained that she was shocked when she found out she was pregnant but is now used to it. “I’m used to it now, and I’m very happy about it. And I can’t wait to share this journey with you all and definitely have a lot of different content than I usually have,” he explained. “I think my channel might turn into something new, so I’m really excited.”

Sophia Grace Knows Baby’s Gender But Will Announce It Later
“I actually know the gender because I actually know but I’m going to do a gender reveal for you in a separate video to this one so you can expect to see it soon on my channel,” she said. “The baby is currently the size of a banana which is kind of funny because bananas aren’t that small.” She said her belly wasn’t that big yet, and she was already half pregnant.
Brownlee used this video as an opportunity to let her fans join her pregnancy journey from now on. “So I thought I’d just start from scratch until now, you guys, so the first thing that happened was when I was eight weeks old, I decided to do an early gender test,” she said. “I can confirm that it was done correctly as I have now had my 20 week scan and they have also confirmed to me the gender and it is correct.” She went on to explain that she also had a 12 week scan and was holding an ultrasound picture.

Sophia Grace Is A Guest On “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” After Her Video Goes Viral
The world was first introduced to Brownlee when she appeared on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” in 2011 with her cousin Rosie McClelland, now 16. The two performed Nicki Minaj’s “Super Bass” for the audience, after their video went viral. The original video now has more than 55 million views on YouTube. When DeGeneres’ show ended in May, the teenage girl returned to perform the song again. In total, the girls appeared on the show more than 30 times in the past 10 years.
Last December, Brownlee told E! News she has a boyfriend but hides that part of her life. “I keep that side of my life private, but I have a boyfriend and I’ve been with him for maybe two years, but I don’t post it on Instagram or anything,” she said. “Obviously, now that I’m older, it’s part of my life.”
