Sophie Turner’s legal representative has officially requested the reactivation of her divorce proceedings with her estranged partner, Joe Jonas.

According to new court documents, Turner has petitioned to “reactivate” the divorce process. This happened after the proceedings were temporarily halted while the ex-spouses were involved in mediation to negotiate property and child custody matters.

According to reports, Jonas and Turner had a significant disagreement over their children’s permanent residence. As part of their agreement, the former couple chose to dismiss the filing “with prejudice” and without any award of attorneys’ fees, expenses, costs or disbursements to either party. This resolution coincides with the approval of their parenting agreement in the UK on 11 January.
