Soulja boyGirlfriend and baby mama, Jackilyn Martinez, has sued rapper Blueface for defamation.
According to legal documents obtained by The Blast, Martinez claims Blueface spread false information that he might be the father of her child.
The claim came after Blueface, during an argument with Soulja Boy on Instagram Live, stated that he and Martinez had slept together.
Martinez denied the rapper’s claims, calling them “false,” and has now made good on his promise to sue Blueface for defamation. In her lawsuit, she accused the rapper of negatively impacting her career and implied that she was “promiscuous”.

Martinez accused Blueface of defamation, specifically claiming that the rapper’s recent comments about them allegedly being “in a relationship” implied “dishonesty and improper, inappropriate and wrongful conduct” on his part.
The document reads, “defamatory statements tend to injure and injure directly [Martinez]in respect of [her] office, profession, trade, vocational capacity, business and reputation.” It further states that Martinez works in “a business where attitude, trust, stability, being fair are not only valued but essential.”
According to Martinez, the rapper’s statements have tarnished her reputation and questioned her loyalty to her boyfriend, Soulja Boy. Martinez is now seeking compensation for “general damages in an amount within the jurisdictional limits” of the court.
He is also seeking compensation for “medical expenses,” “loss of income,” and “loss of earning capacity,” and for the rapper to cover the cost of his attorney’s fees and the cost of the lawsuit.
What Exactly Does Blueface Say?
The lawsuit is the result of comments made by Blueface during a heated argument with Soulja Boy.
The rapper said on Instagram Live, “I already f—– you baby mama… I already beat you to the punch. I will—– your baby mama the day before your baby shower.”
He also claimed on X, formerly known as Twitter, that “maybe my son he didn’t get a DNA test.”
Martinez slammed the comments, writing, “The statements made about me are defamatory and false, and my attorney has sent a cease and desist to Blueface.”
Blueface has yet to respond to the lawsuit.
Blueface Has Been Caught In A String Of Controversy
The rapper’s latest comments come amid a serious feud with his baby mama, Chrisean Rock, who recently claimed he repeatedly punched her in the face after she allegedly called him to drive home with their son for her to babysit.
“He punched me while I was holding my son, like,” Chrisean said during an Instagram live broadcast, per XXL. “Your hands are bleeding. Show me your bloody hands!”
The female rapper claimed there was blood on Blueface’s hands from her who allegedly “tied” her face. He also repeatedly stated that he would go to jail for the incident.
The former couple have come under fire online for their parenting, with fans concerned that the pair are both putting their children’s lives at risk with their antics.
