Taylor Swift’s favorite song “Style” from the 2014 LP “1989” begins with the word “midnight.”
Well, eight later, Swifties have another reason to celebrate the charm and/or misery that midnight can bring!
Earlier this morning The Blast joined the party when we published our report detailing the “All Too Well” singer’s oh-so-timely announcement!
News of “Midnights” and its existence broke hours after Swift, 32, graced the stage at the MTV Video Music Awards, where she received three of the five ‘men of the month’ nominations at the ceremony.
All of his nominations are related to his wildly popular short film for the 10-minute version of “All Too Well,” which was included with his 2012 LP re-recording, “Red.”

What Are All the Details About “Midnights?”
Swift took to Twitter to announce her new album at midnight EST on August 29.
Her announcement included album cover art, and, in true Swift fashion, she included a letter explaining the inspiration behind “Midnights.”
text, which has been written on a never-before-released photo featuring Swift with her head bowed and resting in her hands, reads, “We wake in love and in fear, in turmoil, and in tears. We stare at the walls and drink until they respond. We turn in our own cage and pray we’re not right this minute- about to make some life-changing mistakes.”
His tweet read, “Midnights, the story of 13 sleepless nights spread over my life, is out October 21st. Meet me at midnight.”

A subreddit dedicated to the singer was also graced with discussions of “Midnights!”
A Reddit user shared some love for a certain song on Swift’s “evermore,” the second of two albums she’s releasing in 2020.

Another Swiftie Reddit user is getting major praise for her “Midnights'” album cover!

Swift values her relationship with her fans very much. Her gratitude for her Swifties was on full display in her acceptance speech for her Video Of The Year acceptance speech!
“You guys, I’m so proud of what we’ve made and I know with every second of this moment that we wouldn’t be able to make this short film if it weren’t for you fans,” he began in the speech, “I wouldn’t be able to re-record the album me if it wasn’t for you, you dare me to do it.”
He went on to say, “I decided that if you would be so generous and give us this… I thought it would be a fun moment to tell you my new album is coming out on October 21st, and I’ll tell you more at midnight…” (per The Blast)
