Rapper TI and his wife, Tiny, were recently sued for sexual assault by a woman who claimed the pair drugged her at a nightclub and proceeded to take her to their hotel room, where they allegedly assaulted her.
According to TI and Tiny, the woman’s allegations are untrue, and they have “vehemently and vehemently denied these allegations” for the past three years.

The rapper and his wife have released a statement slamming the latest claims against them by a woman, now known as Jane Doe.
The feuding couple claimed that the alleged victim had been threatening to sue them for three years, and they continued to deny her claims, calling her actions “extortionist solicitations.”
TI and Tiny’s statement reads, “On the heels of positivity, negativity always rears its ugly head. This plaintiff has been threatening to file this suit for THREE years. For THREE years, we have vehemently and emphatically denied these claims. For THREE years we have maintained our innocence and refused to pay these extortionate demands for things we did not do.”
“For THREE years, we have maintained the same position while the claims in this story have changed from time to time. Our position is clear… We are innocent of these false allegations, we will not be swayed, and we look forward to our day in court,” the couple added.
TI And Tiny Accused Of Drugging A Woman And Abusing Her At A Hotel

According to reports, TI and his wife have been accused of drugging and sexually assaulting a woman they allegedly met at a nightclub and eventually took to their hotel, where they had a threesome with her.
The woman claims she enlisted in the US Air Force and was stationed in Los Angeles in or around 20o5. During that period, he and his friend went to a party at the late rapper Coolio’s house.
Although TI and Tiny were not at the party, the alleged victim claimed she met a man named “Caviar” and claimed to work for the couple. “Caviar” tells Jane Doe that TI and Tiny will be at the nightclub where he and his friends went. They are also placed in the VIP section.
According to the lawsuit, the woman claims that after placing an order for two Amaretto sours, Tiny allegedly offered her another drink, which she never saw Tiny drink, and that she also gave it to her friend.

After leaving the club, the woman claimed TI asked her to ride with him and his wife while his friend was going to join “Caviar,” and they all went to the same location.
According to the woman, two other women joined them in an SUV and followed them to the hotel. The two women were allegedly then kicked by Tiny for being too flirtatious with TI
When the couple was alone with him, the alleged assault took place. The victim claimed Tiny told her to join him in the bathroom. At this point, the woman claimed she felt “dizzy and dizzy.”
When they got to the bathroom, Tiny allegedly took off both of their clothes as a naked TI joined them. The three of them continued to shower together.
After the shower incident, she joined TI and Tiny in bed, where the pair allegedly continued to sexually assault her by performing various activities against her will.
Jane Doe is now suing the couple for sexual assault, battery, negligence and false imprisonment.
