Despite their consensual relationship, it seems ABC executives can’t find a way to make it understandable or right with the world.
Amy Robach & TJ Holmes Will Most Likely Not Return To “GMA3”

Several sources said, “They haven’t been terminated yet, but I don’t expect TJ to be revived.”
Understandably, earlier reports claimed that the “GMA3” host was confident that ABC executives would bring him back after completing his investigation.
“They do want Amy to stay and be a part of things there, but maybe not on ‘GMA3,'” the source continued.
Page Six reports the couple have hired lawyers to handle negotiations.
Robach & Holmes Has Hired Counsel
Another outlet reported that Robach hired prominent civil attorney Andrew Brettler to represent him while Holmes worked with Eric George.
Holmes and Robach’s air time was cut in early December after their long and scandalous relationship came to light.
They are replaced by rotating hosts.
ABC president Kim Godwin explained his decision to remove Robach and Holmes from the broadcast in a staff-wide email.

He stated that the affair was “not a violation of company policy;” however, the decision to take them out of their prime seats was necessary for the “Good Morning America” brand as a whole.

This executive also worked with Robach at the time of their affair with Holmes.
TJ Holmes Expected To Be Cleared Or Any Offense

Veteran figure and TV personality, Robin Roberts, reportedly confronted her co-workers about their affair several years ago.
In a report from Page SixRoberts warns Robach and Holmes about rumors circulating in the office regarding a possible romance between them.
Multiple sources confirmed this to the outlet.
